Shipping
- Orders will be delivered between 3-5 business days to the inputted home address.
- Orders to home are sent through Purolator; due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to obtain a signature upon delivery.
- Vetmarket is not responsible for stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised orders when shipped to homes. It is expected that someone is home for the delivery.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typically, it takes between 3-5 business days to receive your order. There are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.
Can my order be shipped to my home or work?
Upon check out, choose to have your order delivered to your home for a fee which will be estimated at check out. Delivery fees vary based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that you must be home to receive the delivery. We are not responsible if the order is stolen or damaged once delivered. You may use a business address instead of your home address to ensure someone is there to receive the order.
What if the delivery to my home is stolen?
Vetmarket is not responsible for any packages that are stolen, go missing, or are damaged from your doorstep after delivery.
Where does Vetmarket deliver?
Vetmarket currently delivers to customers within Alberta, Canada only.
Save on delivery – Delburne pickup option
If you are located in or near Delburne, you can save on delivery fees by selecting "Pick up from Delburne" at checkout. Once your order arrives, our team will contact you to arrange a pickup time and provide the pickup address.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $150.00 (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Alberta.
I can't find the food you told me to purchase on your site.
Please call us for clarification on the correct diet for your pet. Some pet foods do change formulas and/or packaging. Sometimes they are discontinued by the supplier.
How can I cancel my order?
All sales are considered final once payment is processed and cannot be cancelled once processed. If you make an error in which product you order it may be possible to make adjustments if caught quickly. In these circumstances please reach out as soon as possible so we are able to potentially make adjustments.
